Amy has acquired extensive operational and strategic experience across the entire Customer lifecycle during the past 20 years from positions she has held with Bank of New York, MBNA America, Bank One, and J.P.Morgan Chase. Her primary focus for the majority of her career has been in identifying, assessing, targeting, and resolving Fraud and Credit Risk issues, specifically as they relate to First Party Fraud. Amy is a proficient programmer with a very strong business acumen that allows her to be able to develop, communicate, and deploy robust solutions. She has developed solutions that have pioneered advancements in the detection of Credit Bust Outs and Organized Syndicated Fraud Activity. Amy has conducted forensic analytics on the data from several major criminal cases who specialized in creating Synthetic Identities. Her background and in-depth knowledge of the characteristics and transactional patterns associated with First Party Fraud schemes has facilitated the development of solutions that precisely target these types of activities through the various points of customer engagement. She has developed and successfully implemented scoring models, as well as, clustering algorithms that detect organized fraudulent activity. These solutions have helped mitigate Identity Risk throughout the Customer lifecycle and they have been leveraged to enhance Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls.

Anissa has a proven track record from multiple operational areas with line management experience across the Customer life cycle allowing her to fully grasp the Customer needs and develop applicable targeting strategies. Over the course of her 20 year financial career she has been instrumental in identifying and remediating First Party Fraud. Her responsibilities have ranged from developing, interpreting, and evaluating complex Fraud issues from the following institutions; MBNA America, Bank One and J.P.Morgan Chase. Anissa helped to pioneer one of the first check imaging systems to assist with the mitigation of payment fraud. She has led sophisticated testing strategies across multiple vendors for Identity Risk management. Anissa also has extensive experience in SAS/SQL code development and is able to communicate across analytical and operational areas for successful implementation of complex strategies. Anissa’s experience across a range of operational areas, include telesales, collections, customer service, marketing, fraud, credit, identity management; and complex analytical development. She was selected to design and assist with the development of the Private Label lending/risk platform. Anissa was also instrumental in developing Private Label and Co-brand strategies along with dual P&L responsibilities to enhance portfolio growth.

Barbara is a former Fraud Investigator possessing over 20 years of experience with a specialized focus on First Party Fraud. She has held various positions in collections, lending, credit risk and fraud at Beneficial National Bank, First Card, MBNA America, Bank of America and J.P.Morgan Chase.

Barbara is a recognized subject matter expert in the financial services industry in the realm of First Party Fraud. She has participated in some of the first industry testing to identify credit bust out. She was selected by senior executives to contribute in the creation and presentation of the first formalized Credit Bust Out training program at MBNA America following the events on September 11, 2001. Barbara was a participant in the preparation of the BITS Financial Services Roundtable whitepaper “Bust Out and Credit Abuse Activities” in 2009. She also helped in the planning and delivery of training events in support of the paper after its release. She has provided Credit Bust Out and Synthetic Fraud Training at Financial Crime training events to members of multiple industries and law enforcement. As a fraud investigator Barbara has been an integral participant in every major Organized Synthetic Identity and Bust Out investigation over the past decade in the United States. During her career as a fraud investigator she was recognized by multiple law enforcement agencies for her work on complex fraud cases. Barbara has also been a member of the IAFCI (International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators) since 2001. In 2011, she was nominated for and received the Delaware Chapter of the IAFCI Investigator of the Year award.

Mark’s current responsibilities for TRS include providing operational and programmatic support to the organization. He oversees the companies’ finance functions, including banking relationships and strategies, as well as, traditional accounting functions (e.g. product procurement, costing and pricing strategies, and balance sheet and cash flow management). Mark also provides strategic and tactical advice on matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.

He currently serves as Shareholder/Officer/Board member for many small and middle-market companies. With those additional companies his responsibilities include coordinated and leading accounting departments, preparing financial statements and projections, tax planning and compliance, business structuring, acquisition due diligence, strategic planning, and estate planning.

Prior to starting his own businesses and advising for other companies he was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. During the course of his tenure with EY he held numerous positions and was a member of their merger and acquisition group, participating in over forty consummated transactions. His client base included companies operating in the manufacturing, construction, wholesale, real estate, banking, service, and defense contracting industries. He was also selected to serve on national peer review teams which monitored other Ernst & Young offices for compliance with applicable professional and technical standards.

Dr. John D. Rhodes III, is a retired interventional and clinical cardiologist who maintained a private practice from 1986 to 2005. He is the founding investor in Texas Roadhouse restaurants (NASDAQ: TXRH), until IPO in October 2004. He was the founding investor and chairman of Glyphics Communications, which was later sold to iLinc Communications in 2004. He has been an investor in several other privately held technology companies, as well as commercial and residential real estate development.
